- Performance & infrastructure: shipped AVIF image decoding with a two-tier cache, cutting bandwidth usage by 50%. Built real-time messaging and notifications on Durable Objects + WebSocket.
- Core feature delivery: led the activity feed, audio/video editing, in-app image generation via Workers AI, and the full social-subscription flow.
- Owned team management and the i18n system — built the Astro + Svelte marketing site with 13-language support, and drove third-party OAuth and IAP to launch.
